Eido Gal is the Chairman, Co-Founder, and CEO of Riskified (NYSE: RSKD), a global leader in ecommerce fraud and risk intelligence. Eido co-founded Riskified in 2013 to pioneer a machine learning-led solution safeguarding ecommerce businesses against payment fraud. Under his leadership Riskified has executed on its global expansion strategy and is a leading reviewer of online transactions for many of the world’s most recognizable brands and publicly-traded merchant companies. Prioritizing continuous innovation, Eido has played a significant role in the expansion of Riskified’s AI-powered platform of products, proven to boost ecommerce revenues while reducing fraud across the entire customer lifecycle.

Assaf Feldman
Chief Technology Officer & CoFounder

Assaf is the CTO and co-founder of Riskified. He oversees technical strategy and innovation, leading a team of engineers and data scientists in building one of the world's best or a leading  eCommerce solutions. Under his leadership, Riskified’s offering has grown from a single flagship chargeback guarantee product to a suite of end-to-end solutions aimed at making eCommerce secure and seamless. He brings nearly two decades of experience developing robust systems with machine learning algorithms and intelligent UIs for risk management applications. Before co-founding Riskified, Assaf led the development of complex predictive algorithms used for crowdsourcing risk analysis at BillGuard. He also was selected to be a research scientist for the Ambient Intelligence group at MIT’s Media Lab.

Erez Shachar

Erez Shachar has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2015. Mr. Shachar is the Co-Founder, Director and Managing Partner of Qumra Capital Management Ltd., a venture capital firm founded in 2013. Since 2004, Mr. Shachar has also served as Managing Partner of Evergreen Venture Partners Ltd., a venture capital firm, focusing on investment opportunities in technology companies. Mr. Shachar currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Taboola.com Ltd. (Nasdaq: TBLA), Talkspace, Inc. (Nasdaq: TALK) and several privately held companies and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Fiverr Ltd. (NYSE: FVRR) from August 2014 until August 2020. Mr. Shachar holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University in Israel and an M.B.A. from the INSEAD Business School in France.

Eyal Kishon

Eyal Kishon has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2013. Since September 1996, Dr. Kishon has served as Managing Partner of Genesis Partners, an Israel-based venture capital fund and since December 2020, Mr. Kishon has served as Chairman of Deep Insight, an Israel-based venture capital fund. From 1993 to 1996, Dr. Kishon served as Associate Director of Pitango Venture Capital. Prior to that, Dr. Kishon served as Chief Technology Officer at Yozma Venture Capital in 1993. From 1991 to 1993, Dr. Kishon was a Research Fellow in the Multimedia Department of IBM Science & Technology. From 1989 to 1991, Dr. Kishon worked in the Robotics Research Department of AT&T Bell Laboratories. Dr. Kishon currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Valens Semiconductor Ltd. (NYSE: VLNS) and several privately held companies and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Audiocodes Ltd. (Nasdaq, TASE: AUDC) from 1998 to 2023. Dr. Kishon holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from New York University.

Aaron Mankovski

Aaron Mankovski has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2017. Since 2000, Mr. Mankovski has served as a Managing Partner of Pitango Venture Capital, a venture capital firm founded in 1993. In addition, Mr. Mankovski founded and served as the Managing General Partner of Eucalyptus Ventures from 1997 until 2016. Mr. Mankovski previously served as a member of the board of directors of Optimal Plus, a privately held company, from November 2007 until July 2020, and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of privately held companies including Tailor Brands Ltd, Silk Inc., DriveNets Ltd., Tabit Technologies Ltd. Tulip and Meta Flow (Lumen). Mr. Mankovski also serves as a member of the general Assembly of O.R.T. Technologies Ltd. and as a board observer for Formlabs and Tomorrow.io. Mr. Mankovski is the Founder and former Chairman of IATI – Israel Advanced Technology Industries. Mr. Mankovski holds a B.Sc. from Tel Aviv University in Computer Science and Statistics and served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force.

Tanzeen Syed

Tanzeen Syed has served on our board of directors since October 2019. Since July 2018, Mr. Syed has served as a Managing Director at General Atlantic, focusing on investments in General Atlantic’s Technology sector. Mr. Syed rejoined General Atlantic in July 2018 after also working there from 2006 to September 2013. Prior to rejoining General Atlantic, Mr. Syed served as a Director at Temasek, an investment company, from July 2015 until June 2018, where he led U.S. technology growth investments. Prior to that, Mr. Syed was a Vice President at Great Hill Partners L.P. from October 2013 to June 2015, where he focused on Internet and software growth investing. Mr. Syed serves as a director on the board of Kiwi.com, s.r.o., Chess.com, o9 Solutions and Panorama Education, each of which are private portfolio companies of General Atlantic. Mr. Syed previously served as the chairman of the board of directors of ContextLogic Inc, (dba Wish) (Nasdaq: WISH), a public portfolio company of General Atlantic, from 2016 to 2024. Mr. Syed holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Macalester College.

Jennifer Ceran has served on our board of directors since February 2021. Ms. Ceran served as the interim Chief Financial Officer for Klaviyo, Inc. from November 2021 to May 2022, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Smartsheet Inc. from September 2016 to January 2021 and the Chief Financial Officer of Quotient Technology Inc. from September 2015 to September 2016. From October 2012 to September 2015, Ms. Ceran served as the Treasurer and Vice President of Investor Relations at Box, Inc. Ms. Ceran held several roles at eBay Inc. from April 2003 to August 2012, including Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasurer. Ms. Ceran currently serves on the board of directors of several private and public companies, including Klaviyo, Inc. (NYSE: KVYO), NerdWallet Inc. (NASDAQ: NRDS), Flock Group Inc. and Wyze Labs, Inc. Ms. Ceran holds a B.A. in Communications and French from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

David Meredith spent three decades serving in senior executive leadership and board director roles across both multi-billion-dollar public companies as well as private equity backed technology-focused firms.

As CEO of Everbridge, the global leader in software to provide resilience to organizations, David led during a period of rapid growth which moved the company into the large-cap Russell 1000® Index and earned him the award for Top 50 “Best CEO 2020” in the Largest Company Category by Comparably. Prior to Everbridge, Meredith held leadership positions at Rackspace, CenturyLink, VeriSign, CGI, and Capital One Financial Corporation. Comparably also named David as a “Best CEO 2022” for his work in spinning integration-software leader Boomi out of Dell to become a stand-alone global company. Most recently as Board Director and Committee Chair for digital transformation leader SADA, David helped the company execute a successful merger in December 2023 to become a division of public company Insight Enterprises, Inc.

Recognized for culture building, Meredith’s companies have been named a “Great Place to Work®,” “Best Culture,” as well as “Best Workplace” by Inc. He ranked Top 50 for “Best CEO Diversity” for two different companies in 2021 & 2022. Throughout his career, Meredith has supported a variety of community causes such as serving on the Board of Directors for the Tobin Center for the Arts and the Savannah Music Festival, as well as being the Executive Sponsor for the annual Fill-a-Box Feed-a-Family Thanksgiving Food Drive during his time in Texas.

Meredith earned his master’s degree from the University of Virginia, where he previously served as Chairperson for the Management of Information Technology Board and continues to serve on the UVA McIntire Advisory Board. He graduated with honors from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance where he received the 2022 Alumni Achievement Award which represents the highest recognition bestowed “for significant achievements of enduring value to society."
